Blog Makes News in RA Forum...

Finally it seems the pain of all Cheated Employees is making some news in global forums.
Very happy to see that the blog made its entry to the homepage of http://www.talkra.com ( the primary website of RA folks globally ).

We wish in similar way the India Govt / Law Agencies take active action against the directors of CTVA as they have done with Teleonto MD ...

Is the Board listening or probing as where has the money provided by them gone ?... Someone in the Mgmt should be accountable ...

  1. Somebody is doing a great job without having most of the facts correct.
    There is no use lambasting the management when they are down.
    People are not talking about the time when this was the company which paid its employees even before its due date and has done so for 10 years.
    There are people who have made 'it' just by the opportunity to travel and work onsite that this company has provided.
    While non payment of few dues to the employees cannot be condoned till paid, writing all these in public forums actually diminishes the chances of anybody getting their dues because it reduces the chances of sale or even a revival.
    will sending somebody to jail, solve problems of all the employees? will they get paid? people following this/these blogs should ponder over this. And of-course law of the land will take its own course.

    1. Well OJ, the debts are already written off by most of us, we seek ways to avoid you guys ever working again in management functions and cheating people. It is time to get you locked up, so you have time to think about your arrogance and sins. It won't pay the debts, but gives a good feeling! Criminal complaints are prepared in the EU, it will at least make travel to one of the EU countries for you impossible without being arrested. We suffered, you will suffer!!

      We do agree that the company did pay us in advance historically but that should not be taken into account for the mess and amount of trauma created into the lives of 200+ families.

      The Mgmt / decision makers had all the information with them , and personally i feel if they knew there are issues then why create false prestige and go to an extent of Bonus when the primary salaries itself were in jeopardy...

      Had the Mgmt told us point blank , waking up from bed in August itself that there is trouble and we need to cut down people , it would be taken more professionally and we could have avoided the agony and curse of 200+ families dependent on employee pay checks...

      So Mr/Ms OJ ( Who ever you are ) .. wake up from the DREAM ILLUSION CREATED and STILL BEEN LIVED by CxO of CTVA and have the guts to accept the reality and face the music...

      If you are so much devout why dont you put your personal cash and clear some of the dues of employees, given your confidence on Mgmt you can settle the moeny invested among yourselves.

      Please note the moeny is not the question here, but the FALSE ILLUSION created by Jack / CEO etc that things will be okay on a weekly basis and depriving the employees of the Opportunities in hand from August ....

  3. It seems EU authorities are willing to co-operate and accept the fraud complaint being filed against Connectiva management. It does mean people will be arrested when entering an EU country. Furthermore a complaint is prepared to the Connectiva organisation as a criminal organisation. That does mean that people still working for Connectiva will be seen as members of a criminal organisation. The customers of Connectiva, who still using Connectiva products in the EU, will be informed that they deal with a criminal organisation. Which is illegal. Of course Connectiva management can stop this initiative by simple paying their debts. We will keep you posted on the progress!!
