Exec Management Missing ...

What a pity .. and how much can you stoop down in morale, ethics and responsibilities...

COO -- Missing in action and no longer on ground to focus on resolving the situation... For a brief period of time he was there ( 3 days last week ) , stayed @ 5 star ... wow
CEO -- Battled his best and is now left the battle ground ...
???? --  No clue who is incharge of the state of affairs now ...

F&F Papers are not yet delivered as promised to be done on 15th Jan... and Finance Head does not have time to discuss with employees the numbers ... The earliest available appointment is in Feb 2012...

CTVA Cheating Makes it to Telegraph

Finally the news made it to the Media and hope to see some turn around in the way Management is going to react to our woes. For now the information is not quoting Connectiva name, but its just beginning in hope of some responses to our pains ...

While some of fellow staff have accepted ( though not will fully ) but under "No other options left" to make money , the offer from the CTVA on taking 15 days salary and leaving the job (without a job ).
This is unfortunate fate of the staff or the treatment to staff who spent their valuable time to bring company this glory after years of service.... I pity them but they do have social / family obligations
...

This is just the beginning and I leave it here for now.....

Jan 12 - 2012

Jan 12th Update

#1. There has been no F&F letters issued to any of the staff who either is terminated or resigned. The reasons given are been very vague and irrespective of people daily visiting to the office and meeting "CxO" daily , except for excuses no firm date yet shared.
#2. Plans of reviving the company by meeting client demands in the short run, making small reachable targets. To be done by retaining a skeletal staff, who all have been paid 2 weeks salary for January in advance. People who are still in the payroll but who did not receive part-salary are not needed by the organization. They were given the offer to resign (sacking would mean paying up the dues) and in return receive a fraction of their monthly salaries. The fraction currently stands at 25% and its again first come first served basis , given the funds in hand are very limited. Their dues till Dec 31st will be honoured when money is available. This offer for voluntary resignation is valid till current funds last. Couple of days time for consideration is given to each.
#3. Connectiva is still working to see how best they can pay the dues to State & Central government . As of now none of the payments of PF , TDS ( deducted from employees globally ) has been deposited to the State/Central Government. NO DATE YET SHARED when will they pay the money.
#4. USA / Israel offices officially closed and their employees sacked without any reason. The dues to them is also pending and the company has no value to legal notices shared.
#5. The Techno India building office is sealed by the owner due to lack of payment of funds towards rental. Its due for more than 1 year. The new office J2 is been used as makeshift place to run the operations.
#6. On average 3 people are resigning the company daily basis and even the stalwarts are no longer @ CTVA. Customers beware on what sort of promises are been made by management.
#7. The total number of employees impacted through this is more than 200+.

Introduction & Purpose

Connectiva Systems Inc. (www.connectivasystems.com)  has been a wonderful and enriching experience for most of us. We have done high quality work, have acquired large number of customers within a very short period of time and generated  goodwill and a solid reputation in the market place.

However, as an organization,  we have been quite pathetic in managing our finances and not being paid for the last three months( Since October 2011 ). The going has been really difficult and we also must express our disappointment in the manner in which the organization has been managed. We expected the Executive Management to have been far more vigilant and exerted more control on matters that have led us to this situation. Things could have been averted much earlier and the ungraceful state of the affairs which is executed on ground could have been avoided. We as employees are paying the price for this lack of proper vigilance.  There needs to be clear accountability for the current state of affairs, and the people responsible must be dealt with appropriately.

We seek clarification on  and commitment towards all employee payables (which includes unpaid salaries, unpaid bonus for the period of FY 11, tax deducted but not credited, annual and variable components, gratuities, Professional Taxes, Provident Funds). We have been extremely supportive of the organization thus far, however, there is a point beyond which we can reasonably be expected to be remunerated and rewarded for our efforts.  We have kept the business going in spite of not being paid for the past couple of months, but now our patience and forbearance are at an end.

As of Jan 12 2012, the state of affairs are as follows , and with no decision in favour of the employees, we had no choice but to take us woes public and if required to the customers who are "using our solutions and products".
